Meet&Deal vol5 once again advanced the Czech networking

The most nourishing networking has returned to Prague. Over 200 people networked at Manifesto and it was intense again. My kidnapping, one big reveal, a lot of deals, rap, and a few dips took place. And Kazi was dethroned from the 1to1 rock-paper-scissors throne. What? Well, let me give you the full recap.

If you don’t know Manifesto, this space on Anděl is kind of an open-air. Given that they launched the summer season, we had a supply of fresh air throughout the event. At Manifesto, you can primarily eat great food, and that also applied to our catering, which was taken care of by the local restaurants. This time, they also had drinks – apparently around 400 were consumed. Good job.

The opening speech, which was this time taken over by my copywriter and idea maker Daniel Klečka, kicked off the most nourishing networking. Immediately afterwards, the first dip occurred.

In addition to our planned networking activities, there was also a spontaneous one. In the middle of Manifesto, there is a pool where the water is up to the knees, but that was enough for a lot of fun. Not even two hours after the start of the event, and we already had two steps into the pool. While these two steps were accidental, we had one sovereign passage. Jakub Malý from Targit was convinced that the pool was covered with glass, and so he walked right into the middle of it. This was already a change of clothes.

In the end, we had one more voluntary dip. What won’t people do for reach on social networks, right? But it had one advantage. Whoever ended up in the pool, the participants at least remembered them for a while.

During the presentation of the raffle, something unexpected happened. I was about to say something into the microphone when suddenly two masked men kidnapped me. The Buzzoons took control of the event and didn’t want to let me go until a few deals were settled. The participants didn’t leave me in the lurch and started collaborating, so I was set free. The Buzzoons thus revealed themselves and officially launched their digital wilderness after three years.

In the morning after the weekend, there was a hangover. And literally. We found that we had made a mistake in the QR code and most of the raffle payments went to a completely different account than they should have. And yet it gradually passed through the hands of four people. What now? Immediately after discovering it, I left everything and went to intensively solve it.

This Meet&Deal once again showed how strong the community of people is who know that networking is the key to successful business. Positive impressions persist and the feedback is great so far. “Excellent place, excellent food, excellent drinks, but above all an EXCELLENT COMMUNITY. I was happy to see you all, EXPERIENCE you. Top as always,” wrote Imrich Kovaľ, CEO of Merineo.

I am also happy about the cooperation with our partners. Mailkit prepared a virtual reality corner for vol5, Shoptet Premium took care of the great coffee, Aspekta makes sure we bring the most nourishing networking wherever we go, OREA Hotels & Resorts have the best places to rest after such a demanding day, Jirka Wasserbauer from FotimeOba.cz shone behind the camera again, and thanks to Fajn Rádio and CzechCrunch, we are heard a little more. The photo booth from Fotověci, where many great photos were created, is also worth mentioning. We thank Partico.cz for help with the decoration.

And what now? No rest. In a month, we’ll see you in Brno, where we’ll bring the most nourishing networking for the first time in history. Don’t miss it while there are still tickets available.
