It’s been a while since @cze.kid and I have been thinking about what else to prepare for my brand za5dvanact. What content will it be this time? It was all solved by Eliška from the DARK Concept Store, when she came to us that they had just finished a collection with NTRXZ and BLADXLINES. And it was solved. We once joined forces when we opened our shared store in Letná and this time it was no different. It resulted in an incredible photoshoot of their new DARK collection embellished with our watches from za5dvanact.cz.
Quality photos were the clear choice, so the professionals from @studiofocus.cz were the obvious choice. Then it was just a matter of borrowing the entire new DARK collection from Eliška, complementing it with our watches, and contacting the models. The offer was accepted by Kateřina Vosyková and @vendula_hruba, and I (@jajsemandre) couldn’t be absent either. Thanks to the great photographer behind the lens, the result was worth it. For the photoshoot, we decided to use unique pieces such as the Casio LRW-200H-7E2VDF, Cluse Aravis Chrono Mesh Full Black, and Quiksilver Bienville Metal Gun XKKG. In addition to the DARK collection itself, you can also see CHPO Copenhagen 16131VB sunglasses in the photos, which you can also find in our e-shop.
The entire collection is connected by one pattern, which is inspired by the overall metal aesthetics and especially metal music. This idea was created by the two Prague brands DARK and NOTORIXZ, and the talented tattoo artist BLADXLINES, whom you can meet at Charakter, a tattoo and barber studio in Prague. His tattoo style is in the spirit of experimental abstract metal and dark lettering, which is why he fit this collaboration.
The entire collection, like my own t-shirt collection ByAndré, is limited in number, because simply it is not a collection for everyone. The word DARK here does not represent only the name or the English meaning of the word darkness, but according to its creators, it also represents a way of life. It’s about the possibilities and the decision not to submit to the surrounding pressure, to go your own way and not always live in the spotlight. That’s why the individual products and pieces also bear the NTRXZ brand, whose focus is on black clothing and original cuts.
