Skon\u010dil v reklam\u011b<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Radovan cht\u011bl p\u016fvodn\u011b d\u011blat investi\u010dn\u00edho analytika, pr\u00e1vn\u00edka nebo management consulting v jedn\u00e9 z velk\u00e9 \u010dty\u0159ky. Nevy\u0161lo to. V sedmn\u00e1cti za\u010dal ps\u00e1t a zjistil, \u017ee by ho to mohlo \u017eivit. Reklama ho bavila odmala. Jako d\u00edt\u011b pr\u00fd do t\u0159\u00ed vte\u0159in poznal, pro koho je reklama, kterou zrovna pou\u0161t\u011bli v televizi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na konci devades\u00e1tek se na Slovensku psan\u00edm dalo \u017eivit dv\u011bma zp\u016fsoby: v novin\u00e1ch, nebo v reklam\u011b. Vybral si reklamu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Agenturu m\u00edt necht\u011bl<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V osmn\u00e1cti m\u011bl velk\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny, \u017ee jednou povede vlastn\u00ed agenturu. Pak zjistil, \u017ee na veden\u00ed firmy nen\u00ed ten prav\u00fd. Deset let byl freelancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zlom p\u0159i\u0161el s Dedolesem. Jako dva freelance\u0159i ud\u011blali kampa\u0148 s k\u0159e\u010dky, za\u010dali za nimi chodit dal\u0161\u00ed klienti a Radovan pochopil, \u017ee je to p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost postavit malou agenturu. Tak vzniklo Somebody&amp;Somebody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A jak se Radovan k Dedolesu dostal? Jaro Chrapko mi na Upterdamu \u0159ekl, \u017ee d\u00edky networkingu. Cel\u00fd p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh je v&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/andrekohout.cz\/pisu-si\/2026\/09\/17\/jaky-byl-upterdam-2026\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reportu z Upterdamu 2026<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201eJsem ten od k\u0159e\u010dk\u016f\u201c a je na to hrdej<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Radovan je u\u017e roky pro spoustu lid\u00ed \u201eten, co ud\u011blal k\u0159e\u010dky\u201c. A p\u0159edt\u00edm byl patn\u00e1ct let \u201eten, co d\u011blal pro Apple\u201c. Vad\u00ed mu to? Ani trochu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle n\u011bj je lep\u0161\u00ed b\u00fdt zn\u00e1m\u00fd jako ten, kdo ud\u011blal k\u0159e\u010dky, ne\u017e d\u011blat reklamu, o kter\u00e9 nikdo nev\u00ed, kdo ji vymyslel. V reklam\u011b je pr\u00fd stra\u0161n\u011b m\u00e1lo lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed m\u016f\u017eou \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee vymysleli n\u011bco, co si lidi pamatuj\u00ed d\u00e9le ne\u017e p\u016fl roku. A kdo nem\u00e1 k\u0159e\u010dky r\u00e1d? \u00dapln\u011b legitimn\u00ed n\u00e1zor, nemus\u00ed se l\u00edbit ka\u017ed\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apple, kter\u00fd m\u00e1lem odm\u00edtl<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tohle je m\u016fj nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh cel\u00e9 cesty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Radovan m\u011bl od za\u010d\u00e1tku kari\u00e9ry portfolio a LinkedIn v angli\u010dtin\u011b, proto\u017ee cht\u011bl pracovat v zahrani\u010d\u00ed. D\u00edky tomu ho na\u0161el recruiter. P\u0159i\u0161el mu mail zrovna na dovolen\u00e9 v Tel Avivu. Hledaj\u00ed kreativn\u00edho \u0159editele pro jeden trh, jde o sv\u011btovou IT zna\u010dku, ale jakou, to mu \u0159\u00edct nem\u016f\u017eou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Radovan si \u0159ekl, \u017ee to bude HP nebo IBM. Nic sexy. Tak odepsal, \u017ee je na dovolen\u00e9, a kdy\u017e mu ne\u0159eknou, o co jde, deadline nestihne. Odpov\u011b\u010f? Norm\u00e1ln\u011b by to nem\u011bli \u0159\u00edkat, ale je to Apple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eTak samoz\u0159ejm\u011b hned zajtra posielame,\u201c popisuje s \u00fasm\u011bvem. Byl velk\u00fd Apple fanboy. Jako freelancer pak d\u011blal kreativn\u00edho \u0159editele pro slovensk\u00fd trh v evropsk\u00e9 centr\u00e1le v Lond\u00fdn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pro\u010d nechce pracovat pro korpor\u00e1t<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e1ce pro Apple byla super. Ale Apple je po\u0159\u00e1d ob\u0159\u00ed korpor\u00e1t jako ka\u017ed\u00fd jin\u00fd. Od t\u00e9 doby Radovan nem\u00e1 zna\u010dku, pro kterou by tou\u017eil pracovat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zn\u00e1 kreativn\u00ed \u0159editele, kte\u0159\u00ed d\u011blaj\u00ed glob\u00e1ln\u00ed kampan\u011b pro Coca-Colu a vyhr\u00e1vaj\u00ed v Cannes. Dvan\u00e1ct m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f p\u00ed\u0161ou spot za spotem, klient je zab\u00edj\u00ed jeden po druh\u00e9m. A jestli ten fin\u00e1ln\u00ed spot m\u00e1 na byznys n\u011bjak\u00fd efekt? To podle Radovana nikdo nev\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rad\u0161i d\u011bl\u00e1 pro men\u0161\u00ed klienty, kde mluv\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo s t\u00edm, kdo rozhoduje. Jen pot\u0159ebuje jednu v\u011bc: aby klient m\u011bl probl\u00e9m. Jednou dostal brief na televizn\u00ed kampa\u0148 od firmy, kter\u00e1 m\u011bla spokojen\u00e9 z\u00e1kazn\u00edky, velk\u00fd pod\u00edl na trhu a skv\u011bl\u00fd performance. Kdy\u017e se zeptal, jak\u00fd byznysov\u00fd probl\u00e9m maj\u00ed \u0159e\u0161it, odpov\u011b\u010f zn\u011bla: \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poh\u00e1dky pro workoholiky<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Radovanova druh\u00e1 kniha Poh\u00e1dky pro workoholiky m\u00e1 42 kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh\u016f. D\u011bl\u00e1 si v nich srandu ze v\u0161ech sebeklam\u016f, kter\u00e9 si v pr\u00e1ci nalh\u00e1v\u00e1me, abychom nevysko\u010dili z okna. \u017de te\u010f je toho hodn\u011b, ale za p\u00e1r t\u00fddn\u016f se to vr\u00e1t\u00ed do norm\u00e1lu. \u017de jsme v pr\u00e1ci jedna rodina. Nebo jedna z hl\u00e1\u0161ek z knihy: kdo nereportuje, jako by v korporaci neexistoval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1pad vznikl kolem roku 2016 p\u0159i kafi s kamar\u00e1dkou Pavl\u00ednou. Radovan napsal prvn\u00ed pov\u00eddku, j\u00ed se l\u00edbila, napsal druhou. Pak dva roky nic. Cel\u00e9 to vznikalo zhruba p\u011bt let. Tenhle sarkastick\u00fd humor podle n\u011bj ukazuje, \u017ee pr\u00e1ce nen\u00ed v\u0161echno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na Slovensku knihu koup\u00ed\u0161 na Martinusu online i v prodejn\u00e1ch. Radovan byl dlouho p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00fd, \u017ee kdy\u017e d\u011bl\u00e1\u0161 dobrou kreativu, v\u0161echno ostatn\u00ed p\u0159ijde samo. Jen\u017ee kreativa je jen jedna \u010d\u00e1st. Mus\u00ed\u0161 rozum\u011bt, jak klienti \u0159e\u0161\u00ed sv\u00e9 probl\u00e9my a jak se na n\u011b napojit. A za\u010d\u00edt s t\u00edm v\u00fdrazn\u011b d\u0159\u00edv ne\u017e po t\u0159ic\u00edtce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tady jsem s n\u00edm souhlasil. Kdy\u017e jsem \u010dty\u0159i a p\u016fl roku d\u011blal v Ecomailu a jednal s agenturami, bylo to po\u0159\u00e1d dokola: bu\u010f m\u00e1\u0161 moc lid\u00ed, nebo m\u00e1lo. Nic mezi t\u00edm. Radovan k tomu dodal, \u017ee zm\u011bna z jednoho stavu do druh\u00e9ho trv\u00e1 asi \u010dty\u0159i dny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kam sm\u011b\u0159uje<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Radovan nen\u00ed pl\u00e1novac\u00ed typ. Nestav\u00ed agenturu, aby po n\u011bm n\u011bco z\u016fstalo. Nejv\u00edc pracuje na tom, aby \u00fasp\u011bchy a ne\u00fasp\u011bchy agentury nebyly cel\u00e1 jeho identita. I proto napsal knihu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nechce skon\u010dit jako mana\u017eer, kter\u00fd jen \u0159\u00edd\u00ed lidi a ned\u011bl\u00e1 kreativu ani strategii. Ale taky nem\u00e1 r\u00e1d, kdy\u017e n\u011bkdo tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee velkou firmu nechce:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eJ\u00e1 chci kurva velkou firmu. Ke\u010f zajtra pr\u00edde T-Mobile alebo ve\u013ek\u00e1 banka a povie, \u017ee tu m\u00e1\u0161 obrovsk\u00e9 fee ka\u017ed\u00fd mesiac, postav mi 40-\u010dlenn\u00fd t\u00edm, tak ti to sprav\u00edm.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jen za t\u00edm nejde c\u00edlev\u011bdom\u011b a nebude ne\u0161\u0165astn\u00fd, kdy\u017e to nep\u0159ijde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Radovane, d\u00edky za rozhovor, za auto a za dv\u011b hodiny, kter\u00e9 utekly jako nic.
