When I was leaving for high school, my parents told me they were worthless &#8211; but I sold them and made the first 10,000 CZK,&#8220;<\/em> he recalls.<\/p>\n\n<p>He gained experience as a freelancer and in various marketing agencies, until finally in 2020 he founded <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialmind.cz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Socialmind<\/a> &#8211; an agency focused solely on social media management. As he himself says: <em>&#8222;Marketing is about understanding what drives people to buy. And social media is the largest attention market today.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped\">\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/andrekohout.cz\/pisu-si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/DSC00874-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4165\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/andrekohout.cz\/pisu-si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/DSC00914-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4166\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Did Socialmind Bet on Reels?<\/h2>\n\n<p>A few years ago, hardly anyone could have imagined that a billion-dollar business could grow thanks to Instagram Reels or TikTok. But Alex saw it differently. <em>&#8222;Everyone was running PPC campaigns and didn&#8217;t believe that organic content on social media could bring results. We took a different path.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Today, Socialmind collaborates with clients like Niceboy, Tren\u00fdrk\u00e1rna, and Gorenje, helping them build their brands through short videos. <em>&#8222;The key is to stand out. If you do what everyone else does, you&#8217;ll get lost in the crowd. You have to bring unique and high-quality content.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Is the Recipe for Success?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Alex believes that the key to overcoming any challenge is consistency and perseverance. Just like with his first Pok\u00e9mon business, Socialmind also had to build from scratch. <em>&#8222;I remember how in the beginning we posted dozens of Reels a month and almost no one saw them. But we persevered &#8211; and today it&#8217;s the main growth channel for our clients.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>He also thinks it&#8217;s important not to try to do everything at once. <em>&#8222;For a long time, I was looking for what exactly to do in marketing. But when I chose to focus only on social media management, everything changed.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Does a Day in the Life of the Founder of Socialmind Look Like?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Alex starts his day early, around 6:30 AM. After meditation and a short morning workout, he spends two hours in intense focused work. <em>&#8222;In the morning, I focus on strategy and business development, in the afternoon on meetings with clients and the team.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>When asked what changes if he has a hangover, he laughs: <em>&#8222;It doesn&#8217;t happen often, but when it does, I take it easier in the morning and jump back into work in the afternoon.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped\">\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/andrekohout.cz\/pisu-si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/DSC00863-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4167\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/andrekohout.cz\/pisu-si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/DSC00870-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4168\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Future Belongs to High-Quality Content<\/h2>\n\n<p>What awaits Socialmind in the coming years?
