Hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem byla snadn\u00e1 a rychl\u00e1 implementace nov\u00e9ho n\u00e1stroje a zefektivn\u011bn\u00ed slu\u017eeb, co\u017e se m\u011blo logicky odrazit i v n\u00e1r\u016fstu tr\u017eeb. S cel\u00fdm procesem mi pom\u00e1hala agentura Promogen, kter\u00e1 m\u011bla pak na starosti p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm tvorbu strategie pro automatizace. Jak se to cel\u00e9 seb\u011bhlo a jak to dopadlo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Od popt\u00e1vky k objedn\u00e1vce za 9 dn\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Firma EXE Jeans popt\u00e1vala nov\u00fd n\u00e1stroj pro efektivn\u00ed e-mail marketing. Popt\u00e1vka mi p\u0159i\u0161la v b\u0159eznu 2021, obratem jsem si domluvili spole\u010dn\u00fd Google Meet call, kam jsem rovnou p\u0159izval agenturu Promogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011bhem callu jsem krom\u011b zji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed pot\u0159eb klienta a n\u00e1rok\u016f na nov\u00fd n\u00e1stroj tak\u00e9 prezentoval na\u0161i aplikac\u00ed a nab\u00eddl mo\u017enost outsourcovat n\u011bkter\u00e9 slu\u017eby od agentury Promogen, se kterou jsme spolupracovali i na jin\u00fdch projektech. Cel\u00fd obchodn\u00ed proces, od prvotn\u00ed popt\u00e1vky po potvrzen\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce, trval pouze 9 dn\u00ed. A tak mohla za\u010d\u00edt implementace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EXE Jeans p\u0159edt\u00edm vyu\u017e\u00edvali SmartEmailing, kde dle sv\u00fdch slov byla kamenem \u00farazu \u0161patn\u011b nastaven\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ce. Od p\u0159echodu na Ecomail si slibovali p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed kvality slu\u017eeb v r\u00e1mci obsahu, intuitivn\u00ed ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed, snadn\u00e9 vyhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed kampan\u00ed a rychlou a efektivn\u00ed komunikaci p\u0159i \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed kampan\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pro\u010d do hry vstoupil Promogen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Agenturu Promogen jsem do procesu p\u0159izval u\u017e na \u00fapln\u00e9m za\u010d\u00e1tku, proto\u017ee popt\u00e1vka krom\u011b n\u00e1stroje obsahovala i pot\u0159ebu slu\u017eeb, kter\u00e9 sice um\u00edme i v Ecomailu, ale vid\u011bl jsem tam v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed potenci\u00e1l pro klienta pr\u00e1v\u011b ve vyu\u017eit\u00ed pokro\u010dil\u00fdch slu\u017eeb agentury Promogen.<br>S Promogenem spolupracujeme pom\u011brn\u011b pravideln\u011b: \u201e<em>R\u00e1di se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edme spole\u010dn\u00fdch \u0161kolen\u00ed a webin\u00e1\u0159\u016f pro \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed ve\u0159ejnost, d\u00edky kter\u00fdm s Ecomailem pom\u00e1h\u00e1me \u010desk\u00fdm e-shop\u016fm s n\u00e1vrhem e-mailingov\u00e9 strategie a s roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00edm obzor\u016f, co v\u0161e se d\u00e1 v e-mail marketingu d\u011blat,\u201d <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Jakub Mal\u00fd z agentury Promogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u016fb\u011bh p\u0159echodu na Ecomail<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kompletn\u00ed p\u0159echod na Ecomail trval 34 dn\u00ed s t\u00edm, \u017ee \u201etestov\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c Ecomailu za\u010dalo u\u017e po 19 dnech. Krom\u011b toho, \u017ee jsem m\u011bl mo\u017enost nahl\u00ed\u017eet do p\u016fvodn\u00edho n\u00e1stroje a po celou dobu udr\u017eoval komunikaci s klientem, \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b jsem projektov\u011b dohl\u00ed\u017eel nad agenturou a domlouval s nimi pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 kroky ke spokojenosti klienta. Velk\u00fd pod\u00edl na rychlosti p\u0159echodu a hladk\u00e9m pr\u016fb\u011bhu m\u00e1 samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i pr\u00e1ce agentury Promogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201ePom\u00e1hali jsme od samotn\u00e9ho za\u010d\u00e1tku s p\u0159echodem n\u00e1stroje a jeho implementac\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b technick\u00e9 dokumentace pro program\u00e1tory. M\u011bli jsme na starosti migraci kompletn\u00edch dat do Ecomailu a n\u00e1slednou validaci tak, aby data byla o\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1 a my m\u011bli v\u0161echny pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 informace. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed bylo i o\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed datab\u00e1ze od \u201cmrtv\u00fdch\u201d kontakt\u016f,\u201d <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Jakub Mal\u00fd z Promogenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Po implementaci Ecomailu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Po \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 implementaci, kter\u00e1 prob\u011bhla tak\u0159ka bez z\u00e1drhel\u016f, \u0159e\u0161il Promogen zejm\u00e9na n\u00e1vrhy strategie v r\u00e1mci automatizovan\u00fdch kampan\u00ed a tak\u00e9 realizaci po exeku\u010dn\u00ed str\u00e1nce a v\u00fdvoje. Tr\u017eby z e-mailingu dosahovaly v pr\u016fm\u011bru vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed desetitis\u00edce na jednu rozes\u00edlku. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b p\u0159edchoz\u00edho n\u00e1stroje se tr\u017eby pohybovaly v \u0159\u00e1dech tis\u00edc\u016f a\u017e ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch desetitis\u00edc\u016f. P\u0159esn\u00e1 \u010d\u00edsla tr\u017eeb EXE Jeans neuv\u00e1d\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EXE Jeans po implementaci vyu\u017e\u00edvali Ecomail v\u00edce ne\u017e rok, stejn\u011b jako slu\u017eby Promogenu. B\u011bhem t\u00e9to doby jsme absolvovali nespo\u010det call\u016f, kde jsme spole\u010dn\u011b krom\u011b zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazby \u0159e\u0161ili tak\u00e9 rozvoj aplikace pro pot\u0159eby firmy a rovn\u011b\u017e ladili spolupr\u00e1ci s Promogenem.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V sou\u010dasnosti EXE Jeans Ecomail ke spr\u00e1v\u011b e-mailingu ji\u017e nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 z d\u016fvodu p\u0159eorientov\u00e1n\u00ed strategie na kombinaci s retailem.
